Please note that when purchasing online there is a payment processing timeframe of 1-5 days. After clearance allow another week for your order to be fulfilled.

Allow at least 2 weeks for shipment and delivery.

If you are in a rush to recieve your order within the week then PLEASE DO NOT order until you have time. I CAN NOT make any promises to have it delivered before the two week timeline.

REFUNDS

Ideal Strands LLC has a NO REFUND policy. Once your order is processed and shipped no refund can occur.
